Hair serum is to be used after washing hair. Do not dry the hair completely. Wipe with a little cotton towel and apply hair serum when half dry. If hair is below shoulder length hair, take 1ml (1 drop) on the palm and rub it properly on both hands and then apply it to the hair. Rub the serum on all your hair properly. Hair serum should not be applied to sclap at all. Only the hair outside should be applied.
After applying, keep the hair as well and do not towel dry the hair or apply any cloth again. This hair serum is such that after you have a hair wash, the extra hair that is there goes away and then the hair does not dry much and a protein layer is formed on the hair.
